Mental hygiene presents the ideal conditions for growth and development of sound mental health. It is a prerequisite for teachers and pupil-both. A teacher, while has to maintain sound mental health himself/herself on the one hand, at the same time has the responsibility to keep the vigil on the mental health status of students.
