Professor K.C. Shukla has been principal of a teachers training college in Uttar Preadesh. He passed his M.A. degree in psychology from Allahabad University and did his Ph.D. in psychology from London University.
He is at present an international professor who lectures around the globe. Professor Shukla has been educational adviser to various state Governments. He lives in Kolkata at present.
Dr. Tara Chand has been an educational administrator and an international scholar of reputation. He has lectured in Germany, America, Australia and Canada on Indian education.
