Douglas has appeared on many TV shows and was a key-note speaker World Negotiation Forum held in Brazil in 2006. Besides teaching, he was also the Associate Director of the Harvard Negotiation Project.

Sheila Heen is also a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School. She is the founder of Triad Consulting and has corporate clients like Apple, HSBC, Unilever and Novartis. She has been a part of the Harvard Negotiation Project for over twenty years. Sheila is co-author of the New York Times business bestseller, Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss What Matters Most.
