I was prepared to hate The Guardians of Karma the moment I saw the book cover. A faux modest façade in which a laser beam is striking a building and lots of graphics and grey. The Guardians of Karma is a book with a near perfect mix of Mythology (Ice age era) and technological marvels. Two different genre is mixed and the end result is a page turner..

The reader is introduced to 2 Bheeshma monks who are in a secret mission.. They encounter various trials which leads them to a nation (Devlok). There, they are informed about an even bigger problem that will impact the whole of humanity and decide to become part of a bigger solution as part of their "karma".

A thoughtful and action packed sci-fi novel that deals with the possibility of a forgotten prehistoric past as described within ancient Indian myths and legends.
