Simple, enjoyable book

A simple question about a lack of enthusiasm, dullness in approaching life has pushed this author to embark on this project and she has delved deeply into the question of 'Happiness'. Very simple language, very engaging. We become starkly aware of quickly passing moments of happiness of our own lives which can never come back again. Helps to revitalise your life

Once in a while, during all the mundane things we do, it is essential to take a step back and evaluate one's life.
