    Official Flipkart Review

The Tracker – an ex-US marine and an intelligence chief must stop The Preacher. The Preacher is an Islamic cleric who inspires and motivates people to kill high profile Westerners. This is the so-called Kill List on which the book is centred. It is up to the Tracker to stop this from happening. That is the gist of the novel like somehow most Forsyth books.

The pages fly and readers do not have to think a lot while reading such a book. The writing is average and yet The Kill List makes for some great train or a flight reading.

The Kill List is a thriller set in present day by spy-thriller mastermind Frederick Forsyth. It follows an agent known as The Tracker in his hunt for an Islamic Radical called The Preacher.

    Summary of the Book

The Technical Operations Support Activity (TOSA) in Virginia exists as a front for USA’s manhunt operations. It’s mission: to find and kill every individual so dangerous to the nation that their names have been classified under the Kill List. One such threat is an Islamic Radical known to the world only as “The Preacher." Known for his influential “lectures," the Preacher’s name echoes throughout the United States and the United Kingdom after he orchestrates the murders of thirteen prominent members of society. This leads to the US searching for the right man for the manhunt, and they soon find Marine Officer Kit Carson on every list. Lt. Carson soon finds himself transferred to TOSA and in charge of the hunt for the biggest threat to world peace since Osama Bin Laden himself, fuelled by his own personal agenda against the Preacher for the attempt on Lt. Carson’s own father.

    Something to kill for...

A good book. For all Frederick Forsyth fans who know his style of writing, this is one of the must have books. A suspense Thriller. Please understand, his books have research and are reality types, they won't have modern spy elements and out of the world type gadgets "a la - James Bond", as we see in spy related movies.

Although a good book, but still nowhere close to his masterpieces like The Day Of The Jackal and The Dogs Of War.

Excellent both the Book & Service!

It is Fredrick Forsyth book...need I say anything more. I finished this book in 2-3 days...that is hyper speed for my level. Although The Kill List is not as good as Afghan, but it still worth the money. Go for it if you're FF fan!

Flipkart, you're the best e-comm service. Keep up the great job!

    Good read

First of all, the quality of this book is excellent and cudos to flipkart for that.

The book is fast paced and follows the story of one man in his quest to locate and capture a terrorist. A lot of references to the real world sometimes make one wonder if it is true story. The book also gives you an insight into the ways in which governments and intelligence agencies are keeping a watch on all of us. .

    In all, a good read.

The Kill List - Not vintage Forsyth but still a good read

The master is back... well almost

Nowhere near the class of his earlier works (The day of the Jackal, The Odessa File, The Dogs of War) but still good enough for a second time read.

    A good yarn

Frederick Forsyth comes out with another well researched book. Though, this one is not as good as 'The Odessa File' or 'The Day of the Jackal', it still is a good read and page turner.

    Vintage Forsyth

Superbly written and fast paced thriller from Forsyth. Crisp writing, terse editing and a believable script make for an engrossing read. Reminds me of the good ole Frederick of yore...... Remember The day of the Jackal ???
Makes me wait for the next release. A must read for the fans

Great but Short read for a Fredrick Forsyth fan.

This book delves into the modern world of radicalized terrorism. A short read as compared to the previous novels by the same author but totally worth it. It is amazing how even after so many years, the author never ceases to amaze you by his great sense of storytelling and suspense.
