Book: Theory And Applications Of Mechanical Vibrations The book consists of twelve chapters. Each chapter is having solved examples taken from university question papers. The mathematical treatments are fully derived and explained clearly. D'Alembert's principle has been used to derive differential equations of motion utilizing free-body diagrams of dynamic equilibrium. Chapter 12 deals with Lagrange's equations to derive differential equations of motion. This chapter is also having solved examples of single degree of freedom system and multi degree of freedom system. This book fulfils all the requirements of Indian Universities.
