Theory explained with practical and real life application
Cengel and Boles have real done a fabulous job in this book . Explanation of concept with practical application is awesome .One really doesn't need instructor if you read this book . Colorful pictures with proper application of the theory make it a real masterpiece if you are an engineer.

The material in the book has a really good flow, and the continuity in text and mathematics really makes the concepts sink in ones head as he reads through. Although some might find this a lengthy writing, anyone who wants to appreciate the concepts starting right from the beginner level will appreciate this book. Great book for IES and GATE preparation!
The concepts presented in the book are in a lucid manner and easy to grasp and understand. I found this book more useful than P K Nag as some of the concepts explained in Cengel and Boles are more accurate.
