This fictional novel is about the life changing events, both real and imagined, that a young man encounters while revisiting a small town in the southern Appalachian Mountains. There are those who are never the same after certain experiences in life. This book takes us though the emotional and mental turns which initiate that process of spiritual awakening. There are elements of mystery and unexpected twists as the story progresses to a revealing conclusion. There is no explicit sex, nor is there any strong language. It would be suitable for teenage and adult Christian readers, and for those seeking God. There is violence in the sense that people die as a result of automobile accidents, and there is reference to a couple murdered during a burglary. However, there are no detailed graphical descriptions of physical trauma.
