I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

The three watch hands which are the hour, minute and the second indicators also carry the same metallic finish as the digit markers, making it possible to effortlessly gauge the current time with just a single glance at the watch face.
This all-important watch dial has its perimeter enveloped by a slim yet sturdy steel case that keeps the sensitive and miniscule internal working parts safe and fully functional. The time display can be changed or accurately adjusted by using the watch’s rotating crown which is located on the outer ring on the right side of the dial.

TIMEX | It takes a licking and keeps on ticking®
Ordered on 9th march 2013,got it delivered by flipkart on 11th march 2013 at 4 pm evening.
Excellent product from Timex ....Timex is a brand from USA.For more than 150 years, Timex has focused on quality, value and timeless style.
suggestion to flip kart: packing is not good at all.
suggestion to Timex: Leather quality is very cheap.
Price Inclusive tax is Rs 563.
(Rs 500 is the MRP and Rs 63 is the tax,calculated as per Delhi rate 12.5% ).
SUGGESTION TO BUYERS: YES GO FOR IT,as it is a value for money product, BUT CHECK OUT THE LATEST MODEL OF TIMEX A301....AT SAME PRICE RANGE)

wen i got this watch i noticed that the glass over the dial came off . I reported this issue to the flipkart team and they made a replacement for that watch.i can rate it 5 out of 5 . but when i started to wear this watch, in two weeks of time I could see that the strap off peeling and tearing off on either side off the hole.
It's not nice see such things in a good company ,TIMEX.I don't think it's a pure leather.

Unbelievably good quality product at very low price
I always wanted Timex watch. But due to my budget concern, I went for this low priced watch and not any other Timex watch. But this watch is more than the price. When I bought this watch, the price was even less. The quality is good. The strap is made of leather. I liked the look a lot, simple and elegant look. The dial size is considerably suitable for any male hand.
Good product indeed and got this watch from flipkart in two days time.

hassle free best watch i have ever found in my life
i have been using this watch for the past 10 years , the only thing was to change it battery .you can keep 100% faith on this watch , no matter wherever you go it will work cool.i accept that the strap of this watch is bad quality ,but change the strap , and the watch is after all the best , then whats the matter in changing strap.till this date iam using the same watch.this is my experience.thank you

Complete satisfaction & value for money
As usual the Flipkart delivery & packing was flawless -- keep up the good work Flipkart.
The watch is very decent, with crisp display/dial and is of good quality at this ridiculously low price. I use it daily for office and serves the purpose well. There are no problems in its operation.
No second thoughts, just buy it if you're looking for something really. good in this range.
