The tipping point. Review by Z GrossThe tipping point, by Malcolm Gladwell, is a very interesting and eye opening book. It is extremely well written and enjoyable. Reading it changed my way of looking at the world around me almost completely. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in this sort of thing.
The novel has a very approachable style, and Gladwell's tone is not intimidating, but rather helpful, unlike most academic witting. His message as a simple one: this is why things happen the way they do. The novel is an exploration into the way we treat fads, and Gladwell combines two opposites: economics and epidemiology.
This novel, as well as blink and outliers, are unexpected gems. They are about big topics, but they approach them in exceedingly simple ways. They really help the reader understand what it is the books are about.
