Tomb Raider

I got this game on the second day after the release. Only one DVD was present inside. I had the doubt how the 10GB game fitted in a single DVD. After installing the game with the DVD, steam downloads more than 2GB of the remaining files from the internet. I am using a 3G data card as I don't have broadband connection in my area. I have only limited download limit. I lost 2GB in my data limit for this.
What is the point in getting the DVD but still need to download 20% of the game from internet?

The best Tomb Raider game I've ever played. Square Enix completely nailed the story and the gameplay. The graphics is amazing. Even, if you've got a normal rig, this game will run perfectly on Medium settings. And You can also customize the graphics settings to your choice. AMD's TressFX feature is great, but using that will drop frame rate .

The new Lara looks so sexy and more like a GIRL. Lara in the previous games looked hot with those big B**bies. But, she looked like a stripper. And I hate that. But, this lara is the PERFECT one. The gameplay, story, and everything is great in this game.

Fire plays a larger role in this game. A lot of twists in the story. And at the end of the day, it's the fun that matters and I completely enjoyed the game. Those who want to add me on steam - LeviathanJones

I have played the whole uncharted series, i wouldn't go and dare say this is better but. its right in that zone.

The graphics : they are seriously good. no wait the level of detail is superb.

The Gameplay : brilliant. the mechanics are so awesome. the way she runs. climbs shoots arrows. shoots guns. the combat system it feels natural

the atmosphere:The visuals and the sounds. be in the jungle, wind, snow. it all adds up to make it a stunning experience.

The Story : this is the crucial bit of any game. the story is never repetitive and its a constant battle for survival and there are puzzles and mini games and a lot more to do.

The Value : all things mentioned above adds to the value the single player campaign is fairly large. i am still playing it i played for 5-6 hours. and Not completed the campaign but the if you play it in a normal chilled out manner. its fairly long. 12-15 hours. and this is absolute pure action, heart pounding moments full of brutal campaign.

the Multiplayer: this game has a multiplayer, it is fun, but it feels like something is lacking. the single player game mechanics are incorporated in multiplayer which not bad
but its not that good either. i just played a few rounds. there are interesting modes but its was hard to find players.(thing may improve, everyone is playing single player, i think).
but i spent more time in game lobby than actual game and its nothing to exciting frankly.

i hope this review helps. i feel people should get this game for the single player alone. and if you bought uncharted series, which means u love action adventure games this should be a must buy for you.

Crystal Dynamics has finally succeeded in creating a believable Lara. A perfect balance between fiction and reality. The innocent Lara comments on human-situations in a more naive human-like way. Crystal Dynamics has tried there hardest in making us feel a connection to Lara, and I did.
The integration of story and gameplay is great. Graphics are great on PC. Music, effects, the game features, they're all believable. A survivor is born in the end. The story was perfect!! Couldn't have been better.
The island, as they have designed it, is pretty huge. Many places to explore. Weapon selection is quite good.
Multiplayer did not suit the game, and its boring, but who cares the game is AMAZING!

Its a must play for all Tomb Raider/ Lara Croft fans. Also for those who like to live a great story.

The game made me very hopeful and excited for a sequel. I hope they'll make another game next year.
