Superb product and Superb Flipkart
I just have to thank flipkart for delivering this amazing laptop within 2 days. From Mumbai to door delivery in Chennai, it was dome in 1 1/2 days. Keep it up.
Coming to Toshiba Y3110, I believe this is the best configuration for the amount you are paying.
PROS:
-Toshiba site listed it as 60000. Flipkart ships it for 52K.
-Laptop supports 16GB RAM upgrade. Belive me this is TRUE. I got it confirmed from Toshiba executives. You can put 2 8GB rams running at 1600.
-Again I should mention RAM ...

Awesome Laptop
Best I could get especially because of 3 year warranty I got :)
Pros:
-Best CPU
-Good GPU, can run latest games in medium or high, but not in ultra, still its good.
-8gb ram like all in this range so good multi tasking.
-Chiclet keyboard so single key can be replaced saving money if keyboard gets spoiled
-least heating on all in this price
cons-
-750 GB hdd. while others have 1TB
-bezel around display is gossy I dont like that
-Windows 8 had a small and rare glitch, fixed on updating to Win...

Super Performance
The laptop is surprisingly light for its spec. Have been using it to do intense video editing and stuff for the last 2 days since I got it and no heat issues and super fast performance. The battery life is a short but its sure to last 2 hours which is great for the quad core i7. The keyboard and trackpad are good but could have been better. The screen doesnot look like those cheap super reflective. It has good color representation. Overall I am happy with the performance and packaging in total.

very good laptop at this price range! It works fast .. i played gta4,farcry 3 on full graphic settings and it runs smoothly ...
Only thing that this laptop lack is a 1TB hard disk , but you can go with 750 and buy externals if you wish . Overall an excellet laptop

Solid laptop for desktop replacement
I was looking around for an i7 laptop to use as a desktop replacement to use at home for work. I chose the Toshiba and this is a review after 1 month of use.
My criteria was in this order
- Reliabliity
- Processor
- Graphics card
- Looks
- Glossy screen (I hate matte screens on laptops)
