TP-LINK TD-8816 ADSL2+ Wired Modem Router
I was looking for a modem for connecting to WD MY NET N750 wireless router. As an inexpensive modem router it met my requirements.
Pros.:-Compact, lightweight, easy to configure with the help of supplied cd.
Cons:- Wired(not wifi) router, only one output port.
Concl.:- Good only for connecting to wifi router or a single device.

Good One - Good One - Good One
Good service by flip-kart. 24th order was made.25th morning it delivered from other metro city.
Nowadays, only modem is not available. Max models coming along with WI-FI router and extra cost.
Big benefit is, I am able to connect modem using laptop USB charger. Even in power cut my modem will work with laptop backup.
While writing (after writing above line) this review, power gone in my area :). Still I am able to write and submit. Live example for me.

Good modem
Pros:

I bought this modem for my Airtel connection for 818 Rs, where it refused to work with my previous modem meant for the Reliance connections.
It worked as expected out of the box, has easy wizard to do the one time setup.
Also It supports wide range of VCI and VPI. (Airtel supports 1, 32 )
Cons:
- It has only one network out port. It is not an issue if you have a router.

Good product - needs some bells and whistles for advanced users
Easy to set up - needs more options to set up port triggering and forwarding - have a cctv set up to monitor the house when we are out - but had a tough time to set that up else good

Great replacement modem
This is a great replacement modem for my Airtel ADSL + WiFi Router setup, We aware that it has only one output LAN port, so connecting multiple devices is ruled out [until you have a wifi router lying around to connect to it]
Pros:
1. Compatible with Airtel ASDL
2. Works better than stock modems provided by ISP

Good Modem
I am using it with BSNL Connection. Good connectivity as of now. My previous modem was D-link and it lasted me for 2+ years. I don't switch off my modem and router usually amd this might have caused D-links failure. I choose TP-Link because My wireless router is of TP Link
Automatic configuration didn't worked well. The provided literature also didn't helped. I just went online and got all the settings correctly, then it was cakewalk.

Nice Quality product from a Chinese company.Using it right now.
Quick setup,no trouble.Handy,lightweight.Has a SMPS power adapter not like the fat adapters.

Awesome
Quality product with good packing and timely delivery.
The modem is working fine for more than 6 months and I rarely put it off. Its working tirelessly for months. I am using it with TP Link's wifi router which is also an awesome product.
