About Author :
Kakali Mukhopadhyay earned her M.Phil and PhD degree on energy and environmental economics from Jadavpur University, Calcutta, India.
After completing her Ph.D. she joined the Centre for Development and Environment Policy, Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, first as a post-doctoral fellow and later on as a full time Visiting Assistant Professor.
