A good RAM for the price
I recently upgraded my Apple MacBook of late 2006 model from 1GB to 4GB using two identical of this RAM modules. I must say I was apprehensive initially whether it will work or not in Macbook. So initially I placed order for a single RAM module. It work like a charm. Immediately my Macbook showed improved performance with Snow Leopard running. There was no hiccups and the Transcend RAM worked beautifully. I was completely satisfied and ordered another RAM so that I can pair it to get the maximum benefit. So in the end from 1 GB to 4GB, my macbook got a new life. Upgraded to OS X Lion and it is working beautifully.
In both the cases, Flipkart provided amazing service in terms of delivery and packaging. Also finding the DDR2 667 Mhz RAM in the market was a bit tough and was priced quite high. Finding it here in Flipkart saved me lot of hassle and it is cheap too.

How to choose a RAM
I see there are many people who are confused about how to choose a ram?
Just follow below steps and you are done:
1. Find out what is current RAM type
- Download and Install SIW(System Information for Windows)
- Go to memory category in SIW
- Find Memory type, Speed, Memory timings
2. search web and find out what is the max RAM supported by your system.
3. search flipkart for RAM with same Memory type(e.g. DDR2(PC2-5300), Speed(e.g. 333Mhz/DDR2 667) and find the voltage it runs on.
4. Order it.

Right Item and Worth every Penny
Its been long I have been planning to upgrade the RAM of lap top, Lenovo 3000 G430. RAM for this type of laptop is hard to find and costly.But surprised to find it cheap on flipcart(Thanks,Guys). Had lot of questions in my mind whether this will work with my current ram or has to replace it and work with the one purchased.
Anyways went with the purchase and find it to be a good call. Shipping by flipcart is absolutely fast.(Cheers, logistics guys)Got my shipment within 3 days of order.
Now, installing the RAM was done by myself and was easy.I didn't remove the factory RAM(1GB pre installed) but inserted the purchased RAM(2GB) in the second available slot.Tested the RAM after a reboot and found everything to be working fine.There is noticeable increase in speed of booting for the lap and applications runs faster.Total RAM was indicated as 3 GB(1 GB preinstalled + 2 GB newly installed). Lesser noise from processor.(By the way, I did clean the processor fan while doing the RAM upgrade :) ) Now I have installed Windows 8 Release Preview on my laptop and the specifications got after this is posted below:

Best deal that I could get.
My Memory is working fine since more then a month now.
Expecting it to continue to work fine for years to come.
I will rate it 4 stars as of now.
Upgraded laptop's original 2GB RAM (1Gb x 2 modules) with now the new 4GB from Flipkart. (2GB x 2modules).
My Laptop is booting & running much faster now.
However the original 1Gb x 2 modules RAM (working perfectly ok) is now of no use to me. It's just kept idle. I wish Flipkart considers some kind of buy-back option for Customers.
Flipkart can also consider promoting on-line auction among it's existing customers, for their old working products.

best option for old laptops to make alive
I have 4years old laptop & it has 2GB RAM (2 x slots each 1GB) installed. It was performing slow. I was looking for upgrade of RAMs of my laptop, searched many places online & locally, i got few replies that it is rare to find & costlier (almost double) than what flipkart is offering to us.
I bought 2 modules of this RAM, upgradation to laptop was very easy.
After upgrading RAMs my laptop was faster than before. My boot time was around 40 to 50 sec (windows 8), and now it is half - 25-35 sec.
Pros:
- Faster, speed
- Price
- Warranty
I recommend this RAM to everyone if your laptop needs some more speed.
Flipkart is best at delivery part & got this RAMs in 3 days.
