Awesome Memory upgrade for MacBookPro
1. Regarding my purpose: I have purchased 2 (2x 4gb) of these and upgraded my 13" MacBookPro. Wow! I can feel the speed performance from my existing 2gb to 8gb of Ram. Now can run all Adobe Application along with Skype, Apple Mail, itunes, KeyNote without any hassle.
2. Regarding the Delivery of Flipkart Service, the service is really good. I got this product in 2 days when they said the delivery of the product would be 2-4 business days.
3. Regarding the price factor, which is quite reasonable for getting 8gb of ram for such a good deal :)
4. I would suggest, kindly check your existing RAM details before giving the orders.

Ordered it on 23rd Feb and got it on 27th Feb. well the delivery took longer than usual but i wasn't in a hurry either. So no issues there for me.
Now coming to the RAM.. I bought 2 of these and installed in my Dell Studio 1558. Checked windows experience index and was surprised to see the memory rating shoot up from 5.9 to 6.6.
RAM timings are 7-7-7-20 CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS and runs at 1066 MHz frequency.
backed by a lifetime warranty it seems to be working good for time being. next iam going to do a burn in test and memtest86+ to stress test the RAM..
PS- I highly recommend this RAM to people who have 1066 MHz FSB in their laptops. There is no point in buying 1333/1600 MHz RAMs no matter what brand they because they'll still run at 1066 MHz.

About FlipKART: My first online shop which sells product online at offline Market price. Its service is excellent. Courier is awesome and dignified, respect customer. I am sure that this shop will take over all other so called online shop namely ebay, homeshop18.
My only regret that I did not chosse this online shop for my previous online shopping worth 50thousands, which could be 10000 less if I bought those goods from Flipkart.
The product: This is 4GB DDR3 Ram.
My laptop support both 1333 and 1066 FSB RAM in its DDR3 module. I choosee this 1066 over 1333 because my inbuilt Laptop memory type is 1066. IfI bought 1666 it would create conflict with my inbuilt RAM.
This good Ram, My laptop is core2 duo 2.20 Ghz laptop installed 64 bit windows 8. My previous windows experience rating was 3.2, after installing total 6 GB ram ( 4+2), it is now 3.4. Actually my inbuilt Graphics can not go beyoned this. The individual Ram rating is 5.7, which 5.3 before installing this 4gb module.
But there is nothing kept in these mere numbers of rating. My system has become more faster and responsiveness have been increased that I can easily percieve. Number does not matters when system has become faster and uperior. Boot time reduced.
So, to me it is worth buying this module after my first insatllation. As I said I have choosed this one matching my old RAM , the installation went smooth without any trouble.

my lappy was running on 3 gb RAM, speed was OK, but i was not happy n so i plan to upgrade it, n found best deal here on flipkart, bought 8 gb RAM (2x 4 gb), it is always preferable to use 4gbx2 instead of 1x8gb. if both the slot are having same rating of RAM, then ur system will be running at its best than 2 different RAM. if ur system runs on 1066 MHz, so no point if u use 1333 MHz RAM (easily available) as it will give u the same effect as ur system configured for 1066 MHz but at little higher price, the Transcen brand has its own value n have experienced it and happy with it. now my system works really fast n smooth, even I can play games or RAM eating design softwares without any issue, even 2 programs together and moving from 1 tab to another was never so smooth before. Flipkart delivery has now a trademark i think, they r very much into delivering ontime. and its packaging was very carefully done.

Excellent quality RAM - compatible with Apple MacBook Pro
Installed 2 x 4GB of this Transcend RAM in a 15" MacBook Pro Late 2008 model (MacBook Pro 5,1), Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, BootROM version MBP51.007E.B06.
[Note: without the new BootROM version and minimum of Mac OS X 10.6.6 Snow Leopard this machine can only address 6GB of RAM. With the new BootROM (just run a Software update and carry out any EFI Firmware updates that show up) and Mac OS X SL 10.6.6 and above you can take it up to 8GB].
The machine addressed all 8GB without any errors and TechTool Pro test indicated all chips in good condition. The Apple System Information also registered the RAM correctly and indicated Status as OK.
Chips are completely compatible with Apple specs:
SO-DIMM, 204-pin, PC3-8500, 1066Mhz, DDR3, Non-ECC/Unbuffered.
