Transcend Memory Card MicroSD 32GB Class 4 Reviews

The online reviews all over the internet for this card were good, so I bought it, but this model of Transcend SD card seems to be quite unreliable. Yes, it has a 5 year warranty, but it takes a minimum of one month for a card to be replaced, through Transcend's long drawn out process. The original card I got from Flipkart started malfunctioning after about two months of use. The replacement then went dead after one month. It was never removed after I installed in my phone and I was very careful about how I used it. It had about 18GB of data on it at the time. I've tried every trick in the book to revive it, but it's a gonner.

Don't waste your time and money on Transcend. In my experience, Sandisk, Sony and Samsung are better.

This Class 4 SDHC card got corrupted and unusable within 4 months of purchase from Flipkart. This problem is not isolated. A friend of mine who bought the exact same SDHC had the same issue within one month of purchase. These cards are sold at such price for a REASON ! I would appreciate if Flipkart consider's buyer interest in post warranty issues instead of advertising life time warranty claims when you dont have a Functioning Service unit.

I am suspecting reliability of these units. Please switch over to Sandisk or other brands.

The delivery was fast than I expected. The product was bundled in neat and good packaging. Product is working very well. I am satisfied with its performance.

Bought it with my Xperia Z & works perfectly fine even when writing images of burst mode directly on the card. Same is the case when recording videos directly on the card in full HD. Overall a great buy to complement the internal storage.

Purchased this card in June 2012. After about 8 months, it suddenly became 'incompatible' with my Samsung mobile. Went to the Mangalore service centre of Transcend for replacement where they warned me about the slow response. It is 6 weeks now since I have submitted the card for replacement but there is no response on the online complaint tracking system. The Transcend customer service also isn't responding to emails.
I think I made a huge mistake on going for this company.
Full marks to Flipkart though for the extremely prompt delivery. Wish you could take cognizance of these issues before stocking products of such companies.

Disgusting product with excellent service from flipkart, flipkart did its work perfectly fine, however the card is crap, within two week it made my phone hangup and since then there is no service from transcend,

I had used it with Galaxy S2. Good with speed without any performance issues. Good to see all tv series of on a single shot . Product delivery is on time. Over all a nice product to buy from flip kart at a discounted price.

i bought this product from flipkart for my Samsung smatphone. it stopped working within a week.
But,thankfully Flipkart replaced the product with a new one within almost a week's time ( thanks to flipkart );now,this one worked for around 25 days and again got corrupted and undetectable..this time flipkart couldnt help me as their 30 days replacement warranty got over.
this time I had to contact transcend,a so called ACCEL groups.After losing a lot of my money and time,i reached accel outlet in my place;they told transcend is not replacing their faulty products in India anymore. Transcend is done. Sadly i understood that The lifetime replacement warranty of transcend is simply on papers.
Transcend is not supporting their customers in India anymore...the customer care agent in Accel groups told that there are almost 300 transcend products with them yet to be replaced and they are not receiving any correspondence from Transcend company.So they (Accel) stopped receiving transcend products for replacement.
In effect i lost nearly 1500rs and a lot of my time going behind this memory card.
FRIENDS,PLEASE DON'T GET FOOLED BY TRANSCENDS PRODUCT.
FLIPKART please stop selling such faulty products which can hamper your reputation.
I bought a new samsung 32gb memory card later from flipkart itself and its working flawlessly eversince.

Please don't buy transcend products. I bought 32 GB memory card of Transcend and it stopped working after one month. virtually no warranty service even though they say they give warranty.

This is a foreign country product. They don't have there own warranty service in INDIA and they third party Accel to whom we need to submit the product for replace. They said they have to send the memory card to Taiwan (foreign country) and I might or might not get new product after 2 - 3 months.
I have to pay RS 500 for car petrol and my time (it took 2 to 3 weeks to get accel contact info who sends the product to foreign country for replacement) to travel to ACCEL service center as I can't return the product to the retailer where I purchased whose shop is walkable distance from my home.

Got timely delivery, worked fine for about ten days then got corrupt, was replaced by flipkart after about one month owing to some technical reasons (this is what they said), but even the replacement card worked not more than a fortnight. The only star this product gets if for the flipkart service
