very soft..but doesnt give a good grip and is lax
i travel frequently and am never able to sleep because of my neck hanging in an uncomfortable position so i was on a lookout for a neck pillow of best quality..out of all on this site i bought this one..no doubt its good but not as expected...it sticks on ur neck only when there is a support at the back else it just hangs around ur neck providing unnecessary heat..its certainly not worth ur 1000/- rupees at all! even paying 500 for it would be more!!

Travel blue micro pearls pillow
I find the pillow too soft. This is one of the drawbacks of online shopping that you can NOT touch and feel the product and you can only see it. The neck pillow we get during air travel is a bit harder so that it can support the neck and head confortably. It should be neither too soft nor too hard.
