Just one flaw
Nice and convenient. Quite sturdy, and ideal to hold many important documents.
Only thing because of which I did not rate it 5 are the handles. They SHOULD have been collapsible. Right now, you need an extra 2 inches to fit it anywhere width-wise. Really frustrating.

Very functional!
This file is very handy. It can carry papers, certificates, and files of any size! You can even detach the entire compartment set from the carry bag if you wish. The handle is a little too rough and hurts when you carry it. But otherwise, a good product.
