Twilight

How to describe Twilight in one word? Overrated. Sure, it's a global phenomenon, the books, the movies are selling like hot cakes, but there is very little substance in this book. I read it a couple of years ago, just because I happen to love the Fantasy fiction genre and I didn't think the book was spectacular then,I don't think it is now either.
The characters are very one-dimensional, there's no growth in the relationship between Edward and Bella, and the plot itself is pretty amateur. The book really has no message to deliver. What does the character of Bella teach young girls? That it's okay to be so dependent on a guy that without him you can't think for yourself and there is no purpose to life? That you should just sit by and let others fight their battles for you? Bella, as a character, has no spine. And as for the relationship between Edward and Bella? Some may call it romantic, but I just think it's a highly romanticized approach towards love. The characters have barely met in the book and 5 seconds later they're making moony eyes at each other and making bold proclamations of love. There is no growth at all in their relationship. It just stays at that one fixed level.
I think that this book will definitely appeal to teens. Honestly I wouldn't recommend it to anybody because I didn't like it much.

This book will have a long lasting impression on you, if read this novel. First, I saw the movie and decided to buy the novel through flipkart. The novel was delivered in just three days. I read the book and it was fantastic, the story was mind blowing. The characters appears to be alive and the plotting of the story is perfect. tHE NOVEL IS FULL OF SUSPENSE, thrill and romance. According to me,Edward Cullen is the most intresting and attractive character. If you are a action-lover, DEN U MUST BUY THIS NOVEL.

Well, the book is great and interesting. Although at the end you don't get that feeling of 'How's my life going to continue now' but you do get a feeling 'I want to know more'. And, for all the people who think 'Yea right! I watched the movie, its gay!'. Well, the movie does make it seem so, but the books are different. They don't bore you. They aren't as 'dark and creepy' as in the movie. In fact, the book is a LOT more 'normal' than the movie. If you're not a hardcore twilight hater, you might actually like or even love it!

It was a treat to read this book. Personally, I was compelled to read it because I watched the movie firsthand(I love Kristen Stewart) and the story seemed pretty interesting. Though the writing is descent, apparently there is an excessive use of thesaurus to prevent repetitive words(at least that's what the internet community says). Nevertheless, I think anybody who is into romantic book genre won't regret buying this book or the rest of the books in the series.

WELL!! Your first expression after reading the novel is definitely going to be- ''I wanted more of it to continue'' and you'll go to the market the other day to buy second part of it.. It's amazingly fantastic and leaves you in fantasies of Edward Cullen (just in case you are female). It is the book that will dominate your mind for months and make you ponder over the fact that why the world is so practical without vampires?
