Twoey & The Goat

At the JR Brand Ranch, springtime sees the birth of many new thoroughbred foals. Each horse holds the promise that it may someday become a championship racehorse. Two Links Back, affectionately called Twoey, is born with the bloodline of a champion but he will need concentration and confidence to become a winner. Support arrives for him in the form of a small goat named Kidd. Based on a true story about their lifelong friendship, the book gives an inside view of the life and upbringing of racehorses - from their careful training, from the thrill of winning to the pain of career ending injuries.
