Review by AnonymousI recommend "Ultra Fat to Ultra Fit" by Noah Walton. I have read this book (NEW). This is a memoir style book that is motivational and funny. It tells the true story of an obese couch potato who changes his body and life by losing weight and exercising. Based on research, he explains why diets don't work for most people and gives tips. It is funny and well written. This is not the typical diet/exercise book as you will see if you read it! It will be of interest to those wanting to run a marathon/triathalon or those wanting to lose weight. I just liked it because it is interesting!
