Easy UML
I remember my teachers (so called) in my college trying to teach us UML with all the complexity that they could think off. It would have been so much better to read this book at that time. The language is easy to understand even if you are not from a technical background. The division of diagrams for technical and business use make it easier to pick what you want to know and a glimpse of agile make it even more interesting.
