I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Smoother then normal
This pen is good, not great, but good if you want to carry a ball pen with superb flow, pen looks cool, and writes very smooth... but looking at the refill kind of puts you down, its a small refill that looks like its gonna drain out in a few 30-40 pages.
Rest i just got it today, so lets see how much far it goes.
Its a pack of 5 pens, so don't worry about the price, it kind of justifies it.
And about the brand.. uniball has been always a charmer. ! 5 starts to that.
At last, but definitely not the least, FLIPKART team, you are awesome, i was given 5-7 days, but got the pens 4 days before the claimed date... KEEP IT UP and KEEP GOING ..!! WE are with you always standing at your shop's doorsteps looking for something to buy. !

Go For It
Since this product was delivered at my place, I've replaced all my other pens with this one. Extremely good pen. Writes smooth and clean without any messy split lines like other ball rollers do. One small problem though is after you write for a really long time, you will find that the pen's darkness slightly fades. This is however permanent. Can't do anything about that. But that is after you've used almost 90% of the pen . Guess its worth paying 30 bucks per piece after all!!!

I've used many pen, mainly cheap ones, but al I can say is that when I used this pen, I actually wanted to write more just because it felt good, and I'm not much of a d writer. My handwriting is chicken scratch, but I've seen my handwriting improve just because of the feel and flow of the pen . I I really do recommend this pen. The grip is also very nice. Looks great as well. Totally worth it. I know I'm going to be using this pen in exams from now on.
Great starter pen with great value
Firtsly the pen costs you 30 in market.Here it cost you 20.
Great bargain for me.5 pen with one single colour is a bit downside but hey, looking at the positive i can take that.
The jetstream technology is great .Refill is a thin one but long.It will last you not as much as as 0.5mm would have done as this is 0.7mm.
Anyways this pen is a must buy for anyone.
Not so good
The smooth flow does not last for long. After a few days even when you can see there is enough ink left it does not work.I have used 3 of the 5 delivered to me and it was the same with all 3.
Also the refill is of Rs22 while a pen costs only Rs20 on Flipkart.
This is not a choice to go for and does not live up to the uni ball expectations.
