I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Fantastic pen
This is a fantastic pen. It looks smart. Writes a really fine, even and smooth line. It remains consistent till the last drop of ink. I have ordered it more than once. I find this one the best pen of this genre.

look of the pen is very good.
this pen is below my expectations..
raynold's trimax is better than this pen.
writting is not smooth enough.
as usual flipkart delivery was fast and product is neatly packed..
