I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Only works with a 3D TV
I received this Blu-ray disc just today. Seems this disc would not play on one of my regular 2D TV though my Blu-ray player supports it. I was expecting the disc to step-down & run in 2D...but this is a pure 3D experience.
On 3D though, it works great and the movie of course is wonderful..

loved it
This is one of the best animated movie of all time. Loved watching it on 3D. Very touching movie and great animation. Good for people of all ages. Flipkart delivery was pretty fast. Dispatched the product next day.
