Flipkart service is good. I just have one complain that it did not give an option to ship my order at my residential address in Patna. I had to order it at my friends address in Delhi. It should have been capable of delivering it to patna.
The item that was delivered to me had some defect. It has nothing to do with flipkart, but on inquiring with Lenevo support, i realized that this model has some QA problem.
Problem 1: certain keys like T, Caps, Y, Brackets [], Backspace did not work.
Sol: It is common with x120e. Their QA is not good. The cable in the keyboard was loose. I saw the online video on how to repair that. I myself removed the screws and fixed/ tightened the cable.

Problem 2: The screen was flickering
Sol: Just update the BIOS and Display Drivers. That will fix the issue.

Besides this the laptop feels great, excellent battery back-up, super keyboard feel, bright display, ....well, altogether its a great experience.
