I was looking forward to reading this book because I thought it must be like one woman's journey to true weight loss. I don't think we're all lucky enough to have lived in different continents, having been proposed for marriage somewhere exotic, etc. Beyond that, the methods that Kalli has tried are EXPENSIVE. She went off to a retreat for like a month, then she went to Dee who was also very strict and obviously charged a lot of consultation fees. Then she got herself a personal trainer to fit into a dress for a wedding at ITALY. She lost more weight by fad diets than she did by eating right and exercising.
Kalli's life is large. This book is a memoir of what rich people can do for weight loss. If you want to read it borrow from me, I don't think I'd recommend buying this.
This workout DVD is the best one on the Indian market, really. Bipasha & Deanne make it very easy and the results are instantaneous, I assure you that.
It has 2 levels: Beginners & Advance, each that you're supposed to do for 30 Days.
The exercises involve Cardio, Strength Training, Abs Exercises and a very peaceful cool down. The instructions are very precise and guide you easily.
I personally enjoy doing it with Bipasha. It's like she's with you when you're doing it. Fabulous! Just like it says!
