First of all, it took more than usual for flipkart to deliver this, but packaging, again was perfect. But this was an exception, I guess, usually I get all items within 2-3 days at max.
I don't know why many people didn't like this card. I have to say, it works perfectly for me, it has a good range, Windows 7 driver installation is pretty easy.
At a distance of about 40 feet (those are almost far ends of my flat) from WiFi router, and with at least 4 walls in between, it gives me 70% signal strength. I could stream youtube SD contents without any problem.
It comes with Linux driver support, while I couldn't find any other card listed here to claim that. I haven't tested it with Linux but I believe that it would work without any problem.
And one more reason is that its a PCI interface unlike PCI-E so it can fit into any old as well new motherboards (having legacy PCI slot). As for me, I didn't want to waste my PCI-E slots so I choose it over other PCI-E cards.
For home use, when you have a wifi router installed, this is a perfect choice.
I don't know why my first review of this beauty was deleted, flipkart, please see what has been written before you moderate a post?
Anyways, flipkart rocks! I built a small silent and arguably a powerful HTPC around this motherboard.
Its simply the best in its class (in the price range) with features like HDMI, full HD support from on board ATI Radeon HD4250, 8 channel sound and components are great quality. The BIOS has tons of features like core unlocker, overclocking and so on which would be great if you are planning to buy phenom series processors. I married it with AMD Athelon 2 260, 4GB RAM and it rocks.
I would highly recommend this motherboard for anyone who wants to build HTPC, but don't want to invest in discrete graphics card.
Go for it guys!
Flipkart, you rock as always!
And the processor, it's powerful enough to run games like Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 2 if combined with ATI Radeon HD4250 (I am using the same), and it runs cool, never crossing 48 C.
I have built HTPC around this processor and with this price range it's a hot cake.
It's compact, no mechanical parts and decently faster than a normal HDD.
Running Windows 7, 32 bit and it boots up in 20-30 secs, that's faster than the HDD I was using which took almost a minute and a half to do the same.
Like everyone else said, not the best of the lot but a good value for money for the price tag it carries!
Flipkart, I reckon, you guys would annihilate Amazon! Great service, quick delivery.
Coming back to product, It's a good quality and reasonably fast stick, with this price range its a value for money.
I have been using it for quite sometime. It's this combination of speed and price that makes this an excellent budget RAM stick.
Go for it.
I trusted reviews and bought this piece of junk. The speaker phone is worst, you can barely hear what the person on the other side while they can barely hear you. It also creates a resonance because the handset mic is not disconnected while in speaker phone mode making a whistling noise.
I returned the phone.
If you want to be taken for a ride by Samsung, go right ahead.
The processor is a big-little design from ARM, even ARM has not perfected it, and in CES 2013, Samsung was not sure of using this processor at all because of heat issues. The processor does have 8 cores but only four of them will work at once, so it's a quad core not Octa core which many non-technical people refer to it!! The A7 cores are low power cores while A15 are the power hungry cores. You don't need 4 power saving cores at all!
The build quality of every Samsung phone is REALLY BAD. I have Note 2 and have used S4, both have problem of cracked bezel, scratches on bezel and creaking noise coming from back cover. I ended up buying 3 covers just because of that costing me extra 4000 Rs. I wish I'd have bought HTC one x+ at that time. If Samsung had put half the money they invest in doing marketing to actually improving build quality and engineering, it could have been a good product.
Go ahead and buy HTC One, you need not wasted your hard earned money on products and marketing stunts like this.
