I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

The Vanguard 2GO can easily hold a DSLR equipped with a lens, up to 2 extra lenses, flashes and other accessories. The main dual zippered flap of the bag offers a wide opening for easy access to the contents. This flap also comes with two compartments which can be used to store memory cards and lens caps. There is a zippered compartment in the front of the bag which can also be used to store lens filters and cables.
The Vanguard 2GO's interior measures 8.66 x 4.33 x 7.09 inch and has three adjustable compartments which can be modified to accommodate different sized lenses and other photography gear. Additionally, a mesh pouch on the side of this bag can hold a water bottle. You can also attach a small pouch on the side to store additional accessories.This 2GO shoulder bag comes with a belt loop in case you want to carry the bag on your shoulder. When not necessary, you can simply carry or move the bag using the padded handle on the top. The ergonomically designed Vanguard bag can be easily fixed on to your belt allowing you to keep your hands free. The exterior of this bag is made from a combination of 1680D, 1000 x 1000D and 600D Polyester which gives you supreme quality and utmost safety. Spacious & Stylish
At first sight bag doesn't looks big, infact it looks sleek & Stylish for a DSLR, but once you open it, you can fit in a DSLR, 1-2 Lenses, a flash or any other camera accessories. Bag also seems to be protective, with reasonable cushioning and hard base in bottom. However in above information there wasn't any information about strap, but this bag comes with a very good strap. Its the best looking bag in this range.
