I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

SBH-30 meets expectation
SBH-30 Ball head, though an entry level ball head from Vanguard, is good to use. Keeping in mind its price, it is really good and flexible. Though not a great one, it definitely meets expectation. It is worth buying for beginner, if you do not want to invest to much on a ball head at an earlier stage.
