It's a good product but could improve...
If one goes by comparison, there are very few other backpacks with similar feature and quality in the market at this price point, however there is room for this product to improve.
I observed the following
Positives
1. Quality material used in the making of this product. A-class quality zippers, clips and fabric all throughout the bag.
2. Has enough room to fit just about everything - DSLR, lens, laptop, tripod, accessories, it can fit all.

Perfect Proffesional Photographers Bag
I purchased this bag a week back and i am completely satisfied. Has enough capacity for Two DSLR cams, 4 lenses and a 15" laptop.
material is quite tough for safety.

Solid and functional
I hated this bag 1 week after I bought it. But since I had invested so much, i decided to use it for some time and then maybe sell it.
I have been using it for almost a year now and I cant imagine traveling anywhere without this! Its absolutely versatile!
PROS:

Its Really a nice camera bag :) ... it can take more than 5 lens and many Filters and accessories .. I have canon 550D and 60D , sigma 24-70f2.8 , tamron 17-50f2.8 and tokina 11-16 f2.8 and canon 55-250mm lens i can put all my products easily in this Camera bag :) ...

Simply the best, rugged camera bagpack
I bought this for my EOS 60D, with 18-200, 50mm, and 70-300mm lens. The fabric and stitching is top notch. Interiors are completely customizable, or can be completely removed in case you want to use it for general storage. Ergonomics is also good, and you can pull out the camera really quich through the side, and that too with 70-300 lens with hood attached.
Price is on the higher side, but its a premium product. Buy this if you have 1L + stuffs to protect.

the best pro bag...
i have been using this bag for almost 2 years.. served me so well.. the rain cover included with this bag saved my stuff a number of times.. u wont feel it on your shoulders, the weight you are carrying.. straps are too comfortable.. great space..
the only thing i feel lacking is.. there should have been a bit more pouches to keep my stuff in place..
but all in all a very good product.. will serve the purpose for a very long time..

Just Brilliant
This is exactly the bag for you when you travel a lot and don't want multiple bags for all your stuff.I easily manage my Laptop,Camera body+Attached 70-300mm and 3 other lens in the same bag.Not to mention I can carry some clothing and all my chargers as well.Its truly does the job beautifully.

Great bag
i love the bag.can hold one camera body with 3 to 4 lens. accessories have a separate compartment and it can hold a 15 inch laptop perfectly.
the only thing which is missing in the bag is the holder for water bottle.
