I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

The Vedas have been qualified in four: The Rig-Veda, the Sama Veda, the Yajur Veda and the Atharva Veda, these the most important is the Rig Veda. The four Vedas are collectively known as Chathurveda, of which the first three Vedas viz., Rig Veda, Sama Veda and Yajur Veda agree in form, language and content.

Vedas-2 DVD pack- Times Music
Blurb on the jacket claims " This special pack of 2 DVDs features the complete Vedas in Sanskrit chanted by priests from Karnataka and Varanasi with prescribed pronunciation, punctuation as recommended for Veda recitation." Firstly this statement is not true because these DVDs contain recordings of only a few portions of Vedas and are not complete Vedas as claimed in the blurb. Even slightly knowledgeable customer is bound to feel cheated.
Secondly common public is led to understand that Vedas consist of only these few hundred mantras as given by this DVD set, whereas just Rig Vedas as available today consists of 10442 mantras, add to that Yajurved, Atharvaved and Sam ved mantras.
Also most of the visuals of the presentations are not considered to be appropriately inspiring.
