Superbbbbbbbbb!
I was bit worry before ordering this, as i have Canon 550 D + Sigma 70-300(2kg). I have silk tripod which i got free with my camera, was very unhappy with that. I was not having any plan to buy cheap one.
last week i was looking for landscape photography tips, most of the folks suggested Tripod is must for it. I started searching on net for cheap and light, came across Velbon CX Mini as one of the best and which comes under my budget.
This is great product, very happy with this. I dont think i need to mention anything about Flipkart and their customer service.

Compact and sturdy
Purchased the Velbon CX mini few months back for my Canon SX30.
About the product.
+ Sturdy, even when fully extended. Infact it's one of the sturdiest tripod I have ever used.
+ Is extremely compact when retracted, easy to carry around. So, you can carry it almost all the time.
+ The knob on the plate can be easily tightened with a coin or keys.
- Operation is a little jerky at first, which smooths out with use.
Go for it. I assure first timers will never regret. Don't think much of the height factor. Use the surroundings for your benefit. The ball head has 360 tilt adjustment. So no worries.

A nice compact & sturdy tripod.Great for both indoor & outdoor photography & videography.Especially helpful for macro shooting.It stands around 2 ft after fully extending its legs & neck.It has got rubberised leg tips to avoid tripping.Great for those people who prefer to sit down on knees while shooting.The pan handle is a great support while capturing videos.However the camera plate on top dosn't fully support small point & shoot camera but its an excellent choice for dslrs & video cameras.I use it with my Nikon D3100 & i am fully satisfied with the quality.

Solid product and value for money!!
This is a solid product and good value for money. Ordered it at flipkart and got it via bluedart in 3 days flat all the way from mumbai to amritsar in punjab.
A very solid tripod, use as a table top or in sitting on chair or lying on floor position. Great for macro etc. Solid build quality, aluminium legs and good quality overall and well worth the price.
Its great looking just to look at and fantastic to use.
Looking for a small height tripod.. .this is a great one to get for peanut amount of money.

Brilliant for it's size!
This is a great tripod for this price range. The joints and clasps are smooth and easy to use and fast. Really note the height of the tripod before buying. Build quality is great.

I tried it with my D80 70-300 VR SB400 flash completely zoomed in and tilted forward and it was still maintaining easy balance!
