    very hand but of poor quality

    I gifted one to my aunt following are plus and minuses:

    Plus:
    - the inverted cup idea is so cool. It is super easy to clean.
    - works very effectively

    Minus:
    -the quality of cups is low.
    - noise
    -motor is okay quality. we have it for 2+ year now and repaired once.

    I would love to buy a similar kind ( the inverted cup) again, but of better quality.

    Horrible product.. Don't buy it

    This product is not at all good. i have given a 1 start to this product because there is no Zero star option.

    I was very excited to receive this product but as soon as switched on this it started burning and smelling.. on top of it the plastic around the blade started chipping off.
    I am returning this product and hoping that i will get my money fast.
