Vince Profett And The Dead Man's Bones

Vince Profett is no different from any other eleven-year-old. He loves his family. He wants to play baseball for the Boston Red Sox, and he wants to go to Disney World. Never in his young life did he think he had a special purpose. That all changed during his summer vacation trip to see his father when he fell in a hole in the desert while trying to catch a white rabbit. There he met an angel who informed him that he was chosen to have a great responsibility. After he touched the bones of a man who had been dead for almost three thousand years, Vince received great abilities that had not been seen in a thousand years. The only catch was that he could not tell his family or anyone else about his abilities. Now Vince must learn how to use his abilities to help mankind. His problem is that he must protect his family from the enemy who wants to destroy them. He must do this without his parents, brother and sister finding out. With each day bringing a new experience, Vince realizes that everything is not always as it seems. He must have complete trust in God to get through this life. With the help of the mentor Brother Sam, the angel Gabriel, and many others, Vince Profett begins his adventure. Whether it is using great strength, invisibility, speed or the power to heal, Vince knows that he must use his new abilities to show people that young people can be of great use to God and to mankind.
