Body
This Vital nebulizer machine is crafted to deliver comfortable and easy operation. Weighing about 2100 kg, the nebulizer is small and compact, thus making it easy for you to carry the device if you are on the go. The compressor nebulizer integrates four main components, comprising of the compressor unit, air tube, medication cup and the mouthpiece which can be replaced by a face mask.
The compressor unit supplies compressed air or oxygen to drive the nebulization system. The pneumatic piston built in the compressor unit generates and delivers sufficient air to convert the medication solution to vapor mist or aerosols. The compressor unit comes with an easy one-button operation and a hose that connects the mouthpiece and medication cup with the unit by air tubing.
The air tube carries the air or oxygen to the medication cup, which is capable of holding 5 ml of medication solution. This medical solution is eventually aerosolized with the flow of compressed air in the medication cup. The mouthpiece helps you inhale the aerosolized medication with ease. The Vital piston nebulizer also provides face masks that can be used alternately.
Performance and Features
With an average nebulization rate of 0.2 ml per minute, the Vital piston compressor nebulizer provides a quick and effective medication delivery, enabling the fine particles or aerosols to reach the narrow branches of your lower airways. The compressed air which passes through the liquid medication solution flows at a rate of 8.0 l per minute.The particle size of the aerosol or vapor mist ranges from 0.5 to 10 µm, thus making it feasible for aerosols to reach your lower airways in your lungs. The Mass Median Aerodynamic Diameter (MMAD) of the aerosol mass is 4 µm. The MMAD is the average of the distribution of the aerosol mass with respect to the aerodynamic diameter.
This compressed nebulizer by Vital operates at a temperature ranging from 10 to 40 deg Celsius with a humidity ranging from 10 to 95% RH. Storing this nebulizer becomes practical when stored at a temperature ranging from 40 to 55 deg Celsius and humidity ranging from 10 to 95% RH. The Vital piston compressor nebulizer is powered by electricity. This nebulizer consumes 192 W from a power supply of 230 V and 50 Hz.

Average product but not bad
I had this product few months back.It functions as it claims to be.However the it occupies good amount of space and is bulky.
Though you shouldn't expect much quality in the parts.
Apart from this no need to to mention, Flipkart packing was excellent.
