The product should be returned in its original condition at the time of delivery. Please ensure that

I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?
Please contact us with your replacement request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product. The seller will be notified of the return request.

A BIG NO to ANY VOLTAS AC
We were using Carrier AC from last 6-7 years and last year we bought 1 more AC of Voltas brand and it was our biggest mistake ..such a pathetic service and even cooling was soo bad ....remote didn't work after 2 mnths of usage..Plz don't buy any voltas product :(
Excellant AC
I have bought an Voltas window Platinum 1.5 Ton in April this year, and its providing an excellant service, the coolling is outstanding and no issues reported till date. I stay in Gurgaon and the heat outside is nearly 48 C. the AC was still able to maintain the inside temp down to what was required.
and the service was also good, I was having problem understanding few of the function in remote, and the technitian called me up just a day after I filed an request with the Voltas call center.
I will give full marks to Voltas window AC, and recommend others to buy.
