Voltas 1 Ton - Platinum Window AC

Nowdays, the market is filled with lots of marketing strategies and all people getting trapped in their web. Companies like samsung, LG, panasonic etc selling their product by using poor aluminium winding condenser. Just Like aluminum winding in fans of economic brands. The property of aluminum is that it gets heated up easily and AC stopped cooling.
But the mainstream air conditioning companies like Voltas, Bluestar, O-General, Carrier etc putting the good copper winding condenser in their all products.
I will rate this product 5/5 because it is almost of 1200W and delivers uniform cooling of 11600 Btu/hr (3400W) at high mode.
The best thing is nowdays Voltas is assembling its compressor with Hitachi or Mistibushi (depended on the region) that is also made of copper.
I would like to say go with this model as it comes with both remote and main buttons in it and consumes low power and totally satisfied with decent service in my region.

Although prompt with delivery as always, Flipkart seems to be taking on more than they can handle. I recently purchased this AC from them and was hassled trying to liaise with them to have the AC installed. The AC was delivered promptly but then it has been lying on my bedroom floor for the past week waiting for the manufacturer to install it. The installation process has been pure harassment. If you do buy an AC here, organise installation on your own and i say if you are going to have to go through the hassle and the expense of installation form outside anyways - might as well buy an AC from a physical store as well. The whole thing gets done in half a day. Never buying another major appliance here again.

i bought this ac last year with 1 year manufacturing warranty, till 11 months it was working excellent but then stop working. i called customer care at least 7-8 times for servicing but after sales service of valtas is so damn poor that no one came for servicing.

Voltas Platinum 3S 1 ton ac is a gem , comes with 3 modes cool,dry and fan .. cool is for usual needs, while dry mode when its extra humid and fan mode when its not so hot outside. It consumes less power and if u have a single room and dont wanna make your room like ice age room then its a great buy very good cooling , comes with a remote and works like a charm and in budget also. I would say go for it :)
