Back-up issues
used is for a couple of weeks and then got it returned as it doesn't even give two cycles charge to a 2000 mah phone , whare as it promises 12000 mah battery it should at least give 80% of the backup which is around 10000 mah . at least around 3 to 4 cycles.SRI HARI TEJA SEELAMANTULA

Not good experience

The product arrived just now - a day ahead of scheduled time. However, the product does not look new - there are multiple scratches on the surface and it seems either used, or kept badly during storage.manoj kumar chauhan

It is useless product
This type is not charged and it takes three days to be charged and discharged only 15 minutes to. My phone battery 2000 mAh battery. But it must be at least 6 times the charge of the power bank is charging the same timeMahesh kumar

Very poor quality product
This is not a 12000mAh power bank. It is not able to charge 2 times a 2000mAh phone.
