Bad idea buying this product

One before buying i should have considered WD is not a networking device manufacturer.
Secondly I bought the product it started hanging within hours of usage and not to mention overheating.
Tried returning it but the seller denied my request then requested to replace again seller denied. Finally escalated to Flipkart but no response yet.

So either the product in itself is faulty or the seller is trying to flush out faulty pieces.
Anyways I am at a loss of rs 6000.

Hope no one else gets suc...
