Flipkart forever !
1) Don't know what makes your drive go upto 5GBPS transfer rate, but I have seen this drive touch 135MBPS, still blazing fast.
2) Simple design on the top, plain black at the back. Looks prone to scratches, so got a pouch for it from a local computer shop.
3) Light as hell. You can barely tell you are holding something that can cram in 1TB of data.
Cons :
Cable REALLY small. Don't know what came over WD guys.
Flipkart service is stellar, to say the least. The drive was in my hands ...

After 1 year Disk seems to be corrupted
Pros:
Till first year it works wonderfully.
- Good Download speed and upload speed and Fast to use
- Used it with LG smart tv and never faced issues
Cons
- after 1 year suddenly it keep on taking much time to diagnose and even frequently asking to check for bad sector.
Seems like after 1 year Disk seems not working.

Awesome sauce I tell you... The best 2.5" HDD yet...
Trust me when I say you CANNOT find a better HDD than those made by WD. There are alternatives in the market, But after over 4 years of using WD, I cannot even dream of switching...

working characteristics
-ve points--> smart status details locked..
partitioning software not available..however the tech guys around u can always handle it..not a big issue..not to mention do it before copying huge data ..
copy speeds almost similar though consistently closer to 30 MBPS..
seek times seem to a bit more..
high bitrate files on vlc might miss a frame or two..however i must mention that i cannot be sure if it was the drive or my 3 year old comp..
