About Author :
Ray Horak is an independent consultant who has been professionally involved in telecommunications since 1970. He has and held management positions with Southwestern Bell, Continental Telephone Company (CONTEL) and Communications Group Inc. He is a trainer, lecturer, panelist and keynoter who has spoken before thousands of telecommunications professionals in the U.S. and around the world. He is the Contributing Editor of the best-selling Newton’s Telecom Dictionary, 12th -21st Editions and has written well over 100 published articles, technical white papers, case studies and solutions briefs, and write the popular column, In the Classroom, for CMP Media at www.commweb.com.
