27-year-old Meg Reilly has ended up in a Duluth brothel, though she's not really willing to work. When the first man she's assigned is 20-year-old Mountie trainee, Robert Bradford, she tells him that she's on the run from a past indiscretion, and he's honor-bound to protect her from the winter until he can send her home safely.
