Wellspring

A detailed fictional narrative relating the experiences of a mid-western woman, the events in her life and the people involved in a dramatic and descriptive account. The book is fictional but contains true-to-life experiences, is believable and contains historical truths remembered and revisited by the author and derived from actual recorded historical details of the past which involve the primary characters. The scope of the novel involves several decades and includes much of the daily activities of the main character, her two marriages and all the events surrounding that period of her life. Initially Josie's story revolves around the members of her immediate family and progresses to her various adult relationships, the character of the children born to her in her youth, and extends into their adulthood.
