I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Chhota size, badaa dhamaka!
Hey, readers. I have used this bag in this color for one and a half years, and there have been absolutely no problems whatsoever.
What may surprise you is that i use it for school. This isn't really a school bag, but it does what one should do. Carries everything you want, gives you big space, doesn't give and organization issues. I have carried around 15 books everyday, two boxes of lunch, a big water bottle, and have even once stuffed size 8 shoes into the main compartment above the books, and it fit!
The front compartment gives you good organization options, and so do the mesh pockets on either sides. I definitely recommend this bag even though the prices of the bags have risen considerably, it will definitely last you at least 2 years.

The front compartment has an excellent array of features that are very useful like the pen holders and a few other pockets to carry important stuff.
The zippers are amazingly smooth.
The feel on the shoulders is very even and hasn't caused body problems to me.
CONS:
When you zip the bag (bigger compartment), its get stuck due to flap on the same which has been desinged to protect the water going inside.!

Great bag for students
When Flipkart delivered this bag, my nephew thought its too small to act as a school bag. After having used this bag once, now he wont touch any other bag. He fits all his books in it, lunch box and more. This bag looks small from outside but is much more spacious when you actually start using it. Material, design and quality of this bag is very impressive. Its totally worth the price.

There's more to it than meets the eye
The bag may seem very small at first, but let me tell you, it is very. very spacious on the inside. And that is what stood out for me. It looks rather small yet packs a punch. Very useful.

its good but...
suitable for school going kids,doesn't look like luxurious compare to the other double compartment bag..this bag is bit austere..
the mesh pockets given on the bag may be helpful to place the belongings to take out quickly but frankly speaking that is the one which ruined the look of the bag..
