I have received a damaged product. How do I get a replacement?

Designer & Tough!!
Let me be the first one to review this great bag.
First of all the bag on the first look itself is a eye catcher and believe me once u see it fresh from the packaging its all the more trendy and feel great. Thank you flipkart for a decent packaging again. The bright green, mild grey and black is a preferct combo. Although the price may be high for some of you but Wildcraft has done a really good job designing it. So worth the price.
Look anywhere not just the front one can see the quality work. The bag has got 2 sections inside one for laptop and the other for accessories n other stuff. Laptop section provided in the bag is just as it should be. The bag is actually meant to carry a 15.6" laptop but you can fit in anything of its size easily. The back of bag is fully covered with a thick soft mesh to absorb sweat & prevent strain to back. The front pocket has got very good space and can accommodate good no. of small accessories. The bag is itself for multipurpose use. That's the best thing for me. But the bag isn't meant for heavy travelers.
The Built quality of the bag is strong and worth noting. Exactly what one prefers from a branded one.
Definitely Recommended 5/5.
About Flipkart - The estimated time was 6-7 days but you did it in 3 days. Great service again. Although received the bag a day late but once it arrived the bag makes up for the delay. Keep it up Flipkart.

Comfort at it's best
Comfort is the USP of this bag. The cushioning is of good quality and seems to be lasting. The bag feels sturdy and even when you have lot of stuff inside you don't feel much weight and it reduces the discomfort specially when you use the waist band.
The only con that i can see is that it always takes some time for me to fit in my 15.6 inch laptop in it as it has less space for a 15.6 inch laptop. I think it's more of a 14 inch laptop bag.

Great built but average look!
This is a wildcraft so obviously built quality is great.It has got everything of a good backpack but what it lacks is look,looks decent though!
its very comfortable,you wont feel any stress on your shoulders.it is spacious too.its a single compartment backpack with a front pocket,to accommodate charger,harddrive etc.
