She does it againDont lose your mind, lose your weight is a tough act to follow up, but Rujuta has come trumps once again with a book so rich in information it should be part of standard college curriculum, so easy in language and so impactful in the message it conveys. Was a bit apprehensive with its 'women only' inclination, proved baseless though. Also, thanks Flipkart for delivering the copy on 31st Dec itself. There can't be a better way to start this year.

Enlightening bookThis is one book which really made me aware of so many issues about myself. It has helped me modify my lifestyle 'effortlessly' as the author puts it across in this book and I would recommend it to every woman who wants to understand her own system better and treat it with TLC.

Must Read for all Women's whether they are part of the weight loss tamasha or notJust finished this book and I found a great help for all women's. Easy to read. This book is just not about weight loss , Its all about our physical and psychological health, how to take care of our self at every stage of our life. This book tells what actually good health means at every stage of our life. As in today's world the life of women is more complex then men there fore recommended with high rating

Women and the Weight loss TamashaHad read her previous book and liked this one too, especially the use of the word tamasha. The book deals with a lot of women-centric issues that make us put on weight, but the book ignores one specific subject completely which affects many women month after month--Premenstrual syndrome and how to manage it. A chapter should have been dedicated to it. The author has aptly dealt with the subject haywire hormones in PCOS and Hypthyroidism and believe me her diet works. My tea cravings have gone down.

myth bustermy mother asked me to buy this...and trust me she is in love with the worked out ways rujuta has described. This has worked out for me and my mom...even though indian food is surplus but still trying will help u stay fit... :)
