The World's Balance Wheel

The World's Balance Wheel was written around the time of the Russian Revolution and addresses the big issues of the day: anarchy, Bolshevism, and the relationship between capital and labor. Yet combined with passages on terrorism, immigration, and education, this slim volume is both of its time and relevant still.
